Meet Sales Representative Brad Herrin
Brad Herrin’s journey with Express Packaging began over 23 years ago when he joined the team as a Sales Representative after graduating college. Over the years, he has become an integral part of the sales team, thriving in the fast-paced environment.
“It’s a big family here,” said Brad. “No two days are the same, which makes the packaging industry so exciting.” He enjoys working alongside his sales team, constantly communicating with them to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Brad stays active with his family’s activities in his free time and enjoys playing golf regularly. He also loves cheering on his son, Max, at cross country meets and his daughter, Emily, as she cheerleads. His children keep his evenings and weekends full of fun.
Brad’s Roles and Responsibilities
As a sales representative, Brad takes pride in managing orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring products are delivered on time. He represented the Central Florida region from 2001-2016, before shifting to the South Georgia region in 2017, where he continues to work to this day.
He also works to bring in new customers in the competitive packaging market. His job includes identifying potential clients and protecting current relationships, which often involves collecting older invoices and even delivering boxes to meet deadlines.
